200g of Evergreen’s Firm Tofu
½ red bell pepper
½ onion
¼ pineapple
Your favourite sauce (We used BBQ sauce)
Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to taste
Step 1
Dicing tofu into cubes, then season it, and drizzle with the BBQ sauce. Coat evenly, then let marinate for one hour.
Step 2
While the tofu is marinating, chop vegetables and the pineapple, and soak the skewers.
Step 3
Once your tofu is done marinating, pan fry the tofu for couple of minutes.
Step 4
Thread the tofu on the skewers, along with the vegetables and pineapple.
Step 5
Grill the tofu skewers for up to 10 mins.
Step 6
Drizzle any sauce you like. Enjoy!
