300g Evergreen’s Fresh Gluten
3 red chillies
1 green chillies
3 cloves of garlic
MAKE THE SAUCE
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster oil
1 tbsp chilli flake
½ cup of water
½ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Step 1
Cut the fresh gluten into bite-sized pieces and the chillies into some pieces.
Step 2
Heat some oil in the pan. Once it’s hot, add the sauce and fresh gluten pieces.
Step 3
Stir dry for till the fresh gluten pieces are well combined with the sauce.
Step 4
Place the fresh gluten pieces onto a plate and top with red, green chilli pieces, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
